Duration of rental and place of delivery – receipt
Rental duration is calculated in days or weeks.
Day is the twenty-four-hour period and week the seven-day period between the delivery and the expected return by the client.
Delay of return of the bicycle more than one (1) hour is charged as an extra rental day.
The exact time and place of delivery and return are determined by agreement.
In the event of a change in the place of delivery by the client, the latter will be charged as specified in the Pricelist.
The client must return the bicycle, charger and equipment in the same condition as received.
Rental costs and payment method
The rental cost is defined by the Pricelist and can be changed unilaterally without notice. Any changes do not affect already agreed leases.
In case of extension of the lease, pricing follows the Pricelist.
The amount of the rental is prepaid by the client.
In case of extension of the rental time, due to delay return, the extra price is payable upon return of the bicycle.
Bicycle booking requires payment via bank (deposit or credit card).
User of the bicycle and equipment
The bicycle will only be used by the client.
Underage members of his family are allowed to use it only under parental control.
It is forbidden to offer the use of the bicycle and / or equipment to third parties.
Guarantee
Upon booking, an amount equal with the price of the bicycle, the charger and the equipment will be blocked on the Client’s credit card, or an equal guarantee will be asked, as a guarantee for their loss or damage.
This amount will be released and / or the guarantee will be repaid after the return of the bicycle and the equipment and if there is no damage to them, so that any amount due will be withheld.
Proper use of the bicycle, the charger and the equipment
The Client is solely responsible for the proper and safe use of the bicycle, the charger and the equipment.
The contract is personal. The Client will be personally responsible against the Company for the use of the bicycle, the charger and the equipment by third parties.
The client must respect and observe the provisions of the traffic code, and is personally liable for payment of any administrative or other fines/penalties.
The rider must always use a helmet. The company has no responsibility for the rider’s health.
The bicycle may not be used for racing, wheelies or rides on the sand.
The client must keep the bicycle, charger and equipment in a safe place.
In case of mechanical damage, the client must immediately notify the company.
In the event of an accident, the client is obliged to declare the incident within 24 hours, otherwise he becomes immediately liable for any damage caused.

Battery charge
The cost of charging the bicycle battery is borne by the client.
Insurance
The bicycle is leased without insurance.
The client is personally liable for any damage occurred by the use of the bicycle, the charger and the equipment to himself or third parties.
Insurance package is available upon request and under extra cost.
Loss of bicycle and/or charger and/or equipment
In case of loss and not return of the bicycle and/or the charger and/or the equipment the client will pay the amount blocked on his credit card or otherwise guaranteed by him.
Damage of bicycle and/or equipment
The client is charged for replacing damaged parts with new ones.
The company does not have to pay compensation if a rubber breaks during use.
Cancelation policy
In case of cancelation by the client up to five (5) full days before the original booking time, the company will refund the fifty per sent (50%) of the payed price. In all other case no money are refunded and the company is not obliged to offer any kind of discount in the future.
If the company does not deliver the bicycle at the agreed time, the contract will be canceled and the full amount refunded. In addition, if the customer so wishes, he may have a 50% discount on a new rental agreement of the same duration.
Transport of the bicycle
The Client is solely responsible for the proper and safe transport of the bicycle.
The transfer of the bicycle by plane is strictly forbidden for reasons of flight safety.
It is also forbidden to transfer the bicycle, the charger and equipment in an open, unprotected area (e.g. car grille, private ship deck).
